EIF is 100% management-owned and is managed by a Board of Directors comprised of the Firm’s three Managing Partners: John Buehler, Herb Magid, and Terry Darby. Its Executive Committee includes John, Herb, and Terry and the Firm’s three Partners: Mitch Coddington, Andrew Schroeder, and Mark Segel.

The goal in founding the Firm was to create a unique private equity management company that would offer a team-based approach to investing in competitive electric power generation markets with a primary focus in the United States.
