Partner and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Coddington joined EIF in 1993. He is responsible for treasury, financial reporting, accounting, tax and IT matters. Mr. Coddington is also a member of the Executive and Investment Committees. He has over 25 years of experience in financial analysis, treasury operations, accounting and tax matters, 19 of those years in private equity. From 1987 to 1993, Mr. Coddington was CFO / Treasurer / Controller of Property Capital Associates, a private equity firm investing in commercial real estate, and Vice President and Controller of Property Capital Trust, a publicly-traded real estate investment trust. From 1981 to 1987, he worked in the Boston office of Coopers & Lybrand. Mr. Coddington received an M.B.A. from Babson College and a B.A. from Hartwick College. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts and a member of Financial Executives International, the Treasurers’ Club of Boston, the American Institute of CPAs, and the Massachusetts Society of CPAs.
