Vice President and Controller

Ms. Reese joined EIF in 1994 and is responsible for maintaining the systems of financial control and reporting for all EIF entities. This includes developing and implementing financial policies in the areas of accounting/reporting, tax, treasury, and budgeting. She is also responsible for the coordination of all audit and tax work performed by EIF’s “Big Four” accounting firms, as well as the timely delivery of audited financial statements, tax returns, and quarterly reports to the investors. Ms. Reese has over 17 years experience in financial analysis and accounting. Prior to joining EIF, Ms. Reese worked for one year as Controller for a large real estate firm in Boston. From 1986 to 1993, she worked at Coopers & Lybrand. Ms. Reese received a B.A. from Suffolk University, is a Certified Public Accountant, and is a member of both the American Institute of CPAs and the Massachusetts Society of CPAs.
