Senior Associate
Mr. Saint joined EIF in 2005 primarily to assist with the management of closed fund investments. He also provides support on the evaluation, analysis, structuring, and closing of prospective new investments. From 2002 to 2005, Mr. Saint was an Associate at GE Energy Financial Solutions (formerly GE Structured Finance Group) in Stamford, Connecticut, where he assisted in the management of a portfolio of energy projects and was responsible for providing financial analysis of various investment structures including debt, lease and equity transactions. From 2001 to 2002, Mr. Saint worked under a joint venture between GE Aircraft Engines and GE Capital Aviation Services as a Senior Analyst in Risk Management. In this role, Mr. Saint underwrote Long Term Service Agreements for the commercial airline industry. From 1999 to 2001, Mr. Saint participated in GE’s Commercial Finance’s Investment Auditor Leadership Program, where he worked as a Senior Investment Auditor and performed asset-based lending due diligence audits for multiple industries and business segments. While at GE, Mr. Saint was Six-Sigma Certified, mentored 10 Six-Sigma Quality Projects and was selected for and completed a week-long GE Leadership Training Program. Mr. Saint received a B.S. in Finance from Bentley College, School of Accounting and Finance.
